School Closed Update

Good afternoon families,

Today, we completed our first day without our wonderful children in our building.  We know that this decision is made with the health and safety of our children at the upmost importance.  Know that your teachers and staff are praying for everyone during this time and we are committed to following the Alberta Education direction regarding the education of our children.
Please watch your emails for updated information,
Today our staff was very busy collecting student's personal belongings to be ready for pick up.
You will be able to pick up your child's belongings either on Tuesday or Wednesday between the times of 8:30 -  4:30 pm.
Ensuring safety for everyone, we are requesting the following:

1.  As per guideline, we asked one adult (NO CHILDREN ) from each family to come to school to pick up belongings.  If you are exhibiting flu symptoms and self-isolating, please know your child's belongs are safe and it is not necessary for them to be picked up. 

2.  The administration will be monitoring the number of adults to 5 in the gym.  We remind everyone to practice social distance and we are asking for your patience while you are waiting for your turn.

3.   Hand sanitizer is available in the foyer, please use prior to entering the gym and exiting the gym.

4. a.  In the gym, your child's belongings are bagged and placed in alphabetical order.b.  Besides your child's name, please initializec.   Indoor shoes are located along the wall marked by Homeroom.d.  In the front foyer are lost and found items.

5.  If your child has medication at school, please notify the Administrator when you enter the building, and we will bring it to you.
